Plastic Chemical Acid Mechanical Seal Pump
FV/P plastic centrifugal pump is injection molded with PVDF and RPP materials produced by Shanghai Institute of Organic Fluorine Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
PVDF material: airtight, nontoxic, nonpolar, oxidation resistant, antiaging, good mechanical property, resistant to strong oxidant, halogen, arene solvent, working temperature -40°C~135°C. RPP material: nonpolar, nontoxic, resistant to common acid, alkali and salt (without solid particles), working temperature -12°C~100°C. 80FP-32 (100FP-32) pump is the best auxiliary pump for the RPP -54(RPP-65) water jet vacuum pump.
High mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, medium free from contact with metal; water cooling device provided for prolonging service life of mechanical seal. It is ideal product to substitute for stainless steel.
